How To Measure For curtains
Measuring The Width We advise you measure the curtain track or poles width, not the window. To measure for your curtain pole, all you’ll need is a metal tape measure, a step ladder, and a notepad & pen. We advise that your curtain track or pole extends 15cm beyond both sides of your window recess, providing space for the curtains to be stacked neatly at each end. If you already have a curtain pole you love, simply measure the length between any decorative ends it may have.
Measuring The Drop The length of your curtains depends on your preference. These are typical length measurements.
A. Full length, measure to between 1.5 to 3cm above the floor level.
B. Above the radiator, measure to between 1 to 3cm above the radiator.
