Whether you’re shopping for a new pair of curtains, hunting for a brand new blind, or contemplating a fresh set of cushions for your sofa, the process isn’t always easy.
With so many different products and designs available online, it doesn’t take long to become overwhelmed. Do I want a roller or Roman blind? Faux wood or real wood? Pencil pleats or pinch pleats? And who knew there were so many different shades of white? Here at Blinds Direct, we understand the complexities involved with purchasing new home furnishings. That’s why we want to make the process as easy as possible, from start to finish.
We want to introduce you to our simple sample service, allowing you to get a better feel for your chosen fabrics before committing to a full-sized product. We invite our customers to browse Blinds Direct and choose up to 8 free samples, which will be delivered within a matter of days. You can then compare your fabrics, realising their true colour and texture, and deciding which will tie in best with the rest of your decor. Then it’s just a case of revisiting our website and placing your order. It’s that simple!
Unlike some of our competitors, we offer our customers 8 free samples so you have more opportunity to try different fabrics. The process is very easy – all you have to do is browse our site, then click the ‘Order FREE Sample’ button beside each product. This will drop them into your basket, and you can easily checkout or continue shopping. You will have to register with us in order for your order to complete, which will then make things easier when you revisit us to reorder, as your previous samples will have been saved.
Our samples department package up each order and despatch within one day. The whole process doesn’t take too long, usually between one and three working days. We send over 900 orders every day, so our team know a thing or two about fabric samples!
Once your samples have dropped through your letterbox, you can sit back, relax, and take a look through your chosen fabrics. Once the decision is made, it’s time to order. As mentioned before, all you have to do is revisit Blinds Direct, login using the details you registered with, and then select your made-to-measure product in your sizes and specifications. The order then goes to production, and our skilled craftsmen and seamstresses get to work making your perfect blind, curtain or cushion.
